A lot of love and care has gone into developing Zeemelia products and we're so confident you'll love them that we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email via kontakt@Zeemelia.com and include your order number in the email.

It may take 2-3 business days for us to review your claim. If your complaint is approved, we will provide you with an RA number along with our return address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and also a 25% admin fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Terms and Conditions

• Your claim must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.

• Our money back guarantee does not apply to products purchased during a sale period or where a discount/promotional code has been used.

• The customer can only make a claim once and it must be their first order on Zeemelia.com. If you have previously purchased from us, you are unfortunately not eligible to submit a refund claim.
