Do you ship worldwide and how much is shipping?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers free shipping with tracking. There is NO shipping cost & NO VAT. Hurray
What are your delivery and processing times?
Standard delivery times
USA and Canada: 6 - 14 days
Oceania: 8 - 14 days
Europe: 8 - 14 days
All our products are sent within Sweden with 3-5 day trackable shipping with PostNord if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock in our Swedish department store, your product is sent from our foreign warehouse with 6-14 day trackable shipping.
Processing times
Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after ordering before they are shipped. Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your items have been dispatched, you should receive a notification from us via email giving you a tracking number.

Unexpected delays
In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard delivery times stated here. Contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
Returns
Our return period extends from the date you receive your order.
